I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for Haydee Florist after ordering flowers for a faculty member who recently lost a loved one. Their team was incredibly helpful and accommodating during this sensitive time.
From our first contact, they took the time to understand our needs and offered thoughtful suggestions that truly captured our sentiments. Their fast response time was impressive; every inquiry we had was met promptly, which made the entire process much easier for our department.
The floral arrangements we ordered were stunning and beautifully conveyed our condolences. Haydee Florist has a remarkable talent for creating heartfelt designs.

family owned flower shop that meets your needs and works with you! ?? I placed a last minute order around 4pm for a funeral; Oscar was willing to work with us last minute and have it ready before the viewing! We are super grateful for there hard work, will definitely recommend.

Ive been coming here 2 years NOW! I came on a random day to get my girlfriend 3 red roses with their styling! First time $40 for 5 roses which i thought was excessive but I still payed! On a random day it 2023 I decided to get my girlfriend roses but only 3.. and I was charged $21! I was satisfied, no complaints at all! Fast foward to 02/14/2024(Valentines Day) I asked for 3 roses they charged me $35 which was a scam but the thing about it is the girl tht rang me up told me $21 rhen someone in the back started to speak in another language(spanish) to deflect on the price she told me and then charged me a higher price! THE THING ABOUT ME I LOVE TO SUPPORT ANY BUISNESS BUT NEVER A BUSINESS THAT WILL RIP YOU OFF KNOWING THIS IS YOUR MOST BUSY DAY SO MONEY IS COMING IN! What if I was someone who didn’t have the $35 but wanted to show my partner the love. Im very disappointed!

Do NOT order from here. They took my credit card info and then never provided me with any flowers. I specifically ordered from here because their website clearly states they are open on Sundays. Spoke to Oscar on Saturday, arranged all the details for a Sunday pick up.Arrived on Sunday to find the shop was not open, noone answered the phone, noone called me. Waited outside for over an hour in summer heat (during store hours) and received no phone call back. Even still. What a scam!FYI- I am forced to give this business 1 star in order for my review to post.EDIT: I wrote this awhile back but it was either deleted or was never posted. I cannot believe this florist is still in business.

Needed some flowers last min and I am in a other state and needed some flowers for a local delivery, They were able to accommodate and make it happen for me. Very professional. Will be using them again in the future for sure.

This is a great little flower shop on Grand. I was able to get a beautiful purple flower arrangement with in just 15 min. They were able to accommodate me based on the price range and the flowers were just beautiful. I would definitely recommend it.

Oscar was amazing! I called at about 5:30pm and needed an emergency delivery for the same day because. Oscar was more than willing to work with us, create a beautiful bouquet and delivered it himself since the delivery driver was delivering far away and wouldn’t be back for at least an hour. Oscar provided me with so much help and comfort. He called when he arrived to ensure it was delivered to the right person and even waited as we called for them to go outside. Absolutely amazing! The best customer service. I will definitely use Haydee’s again and especially Oscar!
