I got my nails done here the other day. I asked the nail tech, a middle aged gentleman, if he could remove my acrylic nails. He either didn't understand or pretended not to understand me, but either way, he ignored my request. And now, the nails are starting to loosen and look uneven, and one already broke off! Never again.

The technician Jessica dd a mediocre job ,first she cut my finger by excessively drilling by my cuticle and the paint job was bad! She also tried to rib me off money- wise!! She wanted to charge me $5 more to use another color besides white to do French nails. Don't give them your business! Then she had the audacity to ask for a tip! Smh!!

They’re under new management and staff. I got a gel manicure, it didn’t even last a week. Started cracking and chipped off after the 3rd day.

The owner John is very rude and dismissive and doesn't keep appointments or respect people's time. I have come and gone from this business due to the previously mentioned treatment because John does good nails...but I will NEVER spend my hard earned money with this store due the owners mistreatment. I called on April 15 if John can do my lash extensions the day before Easter, which would be the 16th of April he said okay. He asked at what time I said “oh like 2pm”, he quickly said “no come at 4 instead”. I agreed and when I showed up, John was already in Washington. Like why would you agree to an appointment if you aren’t going to be at the store, more or less the state. Seriously, do not say a date and time if you aren’t going to be there. I informed him that I moved an hour away as well and it’s so inconsiderate that I couldn’t even get a call back saying that the appointment is canceled instead of wasting my time. This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL nail salon I have ever visited. John is rude and dismissive; he was running 45 minutes late for a scheduled appointment and when I asked him how much longer, he said I can stay or go, he doesn't care. I asked if I had enough time to run out and come back, as I saw this was taking longer than I expected. Then he proceeded to tell me, if I stay, he doesn't want me asking any more questions or talking, and I should just go because he is late and would take another client before me, and their appointment time was AFTER mine. Don't waste time or money here. Your time is not valued nor is respect given to a paying customer. Time wasted ?Services: Acrylic nails

John is the owner and he is the most rude and arrogant person I have encountered in a long time. I could go on forever about the lack of customer service, unprofessional attitude and poor products that are being used. The gel manicure chipped two days after getting it done and he refused to fix it, saying it was my fault and to go somewhere else...not to bother him before he has to tell me off. Wow...never again. I'll take my hard earned dollars somewhere in the community that values my presence and patronage. Run, don't wall from this place!Services: Acrylic nails

I asked for a simple gel pedicure and the nail tech painted on my skin so two toes already peeled off within 2 hours. The cuticles were all flooded so they’re not gonna last past this week. This was not worth the $40+$10 tip. The good thing is that they were nice but the pedicure was not good.Update less than 1 day after: 5 peeled off without me even picking them.Service: Pedicures

Gel tips with a gel pedicure ( they have no regular polish) was $90, they definitely raised their prices which i don’t think was worth what they gave me at all. My toes chipped off the second day and 3 nails came off in 4 without pressure just slipped off and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks. I always get the length i have and it never breaks off. I always used to come here and loved it with no complaints and i understand during quarantine everyone is raising prices but freeport does better for less.
