Terrible treatment of people. I came to rosa’s to get my nails done and experienced a minor accident in the tight parking lot. The owner literally ran out to the lot and yelled at me and shamed me. It was a very humiliating experience. So unprofessional. I never went back and never will.

I took a picture of the price list to send to my friend. Owner got extremely angry and refused to do service on me. She also yelled at me for taking picture of the service list accusing me of copying her store and opening my own business. It was humiliating. Not recommending. Staff is very unfriendly.

Poor service, inexperienced tech cut all of my fingers during gel manicure. Never going there again.

This salon does not have enough nail techs to take walk-ins. I suggest making an appointment prior. I was told the wait was 20 minutes. Ended up waiting about an hour before walking out.

It was okay prices are decent parking can be challenging depending on what time of the day you get there but the place is clean and they do a good job.
