Brian and Carlos loaded our Ubox for us in LIC. They were amazing! They made sure all of our stuff made it in the smallish box. I would hire them again.

Bryan and Mike helped us unload our u-haul box in Manhattan and they did a great job, I would hire them again or recommend them anytime.

Would recommend you do not book them, I booked through uHaul and they kept delaying the time they would come, moving on to the next day. I wasn’t able to get a hold of someone who would guarantee me a time and had to switch movers to get everything done.Please do yourself a favor and hire someone else! Not worth the stress of unreliable movers.

i booked mckoy movers through uhaul for them to bring my ubox to my apartment and load it.
we were on the fifth floor and they had no issue with getting everything done! they had great strategy and technique, thus they were able to entirely finish the job in only an hour!
they did not complain about the walk-up once, they were great sports! even said it wasn’t that bad!
they just fit everything into the ubox fantastically.
great job and thanks so much!

Daniel and Brian were awesome and helped us move out quick and with low stress. They helped us with a Uhaul box and were communicating with us the entire time during pick up and when they were going to arrive. We lucked out with parking and we lucked out with hiring Mckoy Movers... made the whole move the easiest I have ever done. Thank you!

Unfortunately, our movers arrived 3 hours late for our 9am start time, so we completely missed our elevator reservation and had to work around the building doing another move. A few of our larger furniture items also got scuffed. They were pretty fast and efficient with the stuff once there, despite the setbacks. In addition to the move day issues, it was pretty difficult to get in contact with the company because they don't answer their phone, only email and text. Sometimes their email response was quick, other times it was not.

Mckoy Movers is the definition of unprofessional. After calling them multiple times, texting them multiple times, and emailing them multiple times to confirm a time for delivering and unloading my uhaul Ubox, they finally replied to me (via email only) at 10PM at night to confirm a 10AM pickup. this morning @ 9:59AM as shown in the email attached below they cancelled on me without good reason. I had re-arranged my entire work schedule to accommodate them coming, and was hit with the email below 1 minute prior to when they were supposed to be here unloading. Highly unprofessional, and they do not deserve to be a moving company anymore (read all the other reviews). I am convinced the 5 star reviews they do have are all from the owner or employee of the company, as this company has failed on a multitude of levels. Poor communication, highly unprofessional, and not showing up for their job is what their company apparently entails.

Absolutely horrible moving company. Do not
Use them if you expect any customer service or need workers compensation insurance for your building. It is impossible to get in contact with them so there is no way to even know what insurance they have. I am currently waiting to see if they show up after being 3 hours late.

McKoy Movers was an exceptional and pleasant experience. The movers were punctual and administration was very professional. Their initial consultation helped me understand the adequate size boxes that I needed in order to have a quick, efficient and pleasant move. Administration instructed beforehand to send pictures of all of my belongings and space to access to estimate the amount of time and space they would need in order to complete the move. I definitely will use the service again.
