Jenny was very attentive and took the time to go above and beyond the normal inclusive process of a pedicure. In so doing, she made my visit to New Look nails a truly pleasant one and prompted me to to tell 3 of my friends about this salon due to the extra little added amenities and pleasantries.

Jenny was my nail tech, she did an amazing job! And my niece loved her Nail Tech.
I felt bad cuz I gave her 40 bucks and then I had to have her split her tip with the other technician. She did deserve the 40. I went with my niece. When they handed me the receipt of my bill they did not include me and my niece it was just my services. It confused me because I thought that was the amount for me and my niece. So I gave 40 bucks. I really wish they would just do the full amount, when you bring in a child. I would have tipped them more evenly if they did it that way. Also they should be very clear on how much they are charging for services. I feel like they only tell you the amount on the need-to-know basis. If we know how much we're getting into there's not a surprise at the end. 🤯👀
Which is why I had them split the tip, I didn't realize how much the whole bill was going to be.
This is a perfect place to go to if you want to have good service. It is very pricey but if you want superb service you got to pay for it.
Just a heads up if you get a spa pedicure, callus remover and a manicure, as well with gel nails it will be about 90 bucks.

Went to New Look a few nights ago. I waited for a while but the ladies were so sweet. I was starving and they offered me a snack and some water. Will definitely be back because of how kind they were and because the lady that did my pedicure was so gentle and nice. Thumbs up for me.

I made an appt for thursday 6pm wasnt able to make it i called rescheduled for friday 6 pm. I arrived at 5:37 pm for my appointment and was told to sit and someone will be right with me. 5:55 pm someone else walks in and gets seated before me the tech then comes and says to me I still have to wait because this person made a 6 pm appointment. The tech looked at me up and down while doing someone elses feet and I believe she assumed I wouldnt tip her lost, I tip great. Just dont understand some people are cruel.

The worst pedicure ive had in my life. Left crying, the girl was clearly new, but the experience was not good at all. I requested a spa pedicure with gel pedicure, and callus removal. It also includes a massage which i did not get. The girl just put lotion on my legs, and throughout the whole process i kept having to ask her to do a step as she was skipping steps. For example she didnt file/ buff my nails before applying the gel polish, i had to cut my own nails bc she cut them crooked, also had to ask her to remove my callus because she was ready to apply polish, when she started to remove i had to show her how to properly remove. It bc she was leaving my feet as it. I was so fustrated after spending 2.5 hrs there to get nothing done. Never again will i come here or recommend anyone here

Nice spot , usually not too busy which is nice. Jen and Robert are very good at acrylics , especially when it comes to shaping the nails and looking natural . My nails last over a month without breaking off. They do great designs too. Pedicures are not too rushed and last quite awhile also. Prices are very reasonable.
