I have been bringing my vehicles here for 20 years. This is the best shop on Long Island! Mike and John are nice and always do a great job. Nina at the front desk is professional and the sweetest woman you will meet. She will take care of you and make sure you get a great rental car if needed. This is the only place I would take my vehicle if you need work completed. 5 star!!!

John, Mike, and everyone at Penn Collision was amazing. They provided exceptional customer service and kept me up to date during the whole process as well as answered any and all of my questions. When I picked up my car I was beyond impressed with the work that had been done. You wouldn’t even know it was worked on. It looks brand new and the repairs were completed in such a timely manner. I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing significant repairs on my car after a fender bender, and I'm so glad I chose Penn Collision for the work. From start to finish, their service was absolutely top-notch.
When I first brought my car in, the team was incredibly welcoming and understanding. They thoroughly explained the repair process, what to expect, and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. There were no hidden fees or surprises, which I truly appreciated.
The quality of the repair work itself is outstanding. My car looks as good as new – the paint match is flawless, and all the damaged parts have been seamlessly replaced. It's clear that their technicians are highly skilled and meticulous in their work. They even went the extra mile to clean the interior of my car, which was a pleasant surprise!
Communication throughout the process was excellent. I received regular updates on the progress of the repairs, so I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle. The repairs were also completed within the timeframe they initially estimated, which was a huge convenience.

Five stars is not enough! Mike and his team were amazing. Of course, getting into an accident is never a good experience. But Penn Collision was super helpful through it and really made everything seamless. Getting us a rental, adjuster to the shop quickly and most of all basically returning our car looking brand new in a waaay more than reasonable time, I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you Penn Collision!!

Simply the best!!! Penn Collision not only repaired the body of my car, they rented me a recent model SUV on the spot. The rental price was reasonable. This saved me Uber rides, money and time. Penn Collision is as good now as they were 30 years ago, the last time they did body work on one of my cars. They are the same owner & workers. They washed my car too. If you are asthmatic as I am, you may want to ask they hold off on the 'New car" spray.

Really happy with excellent service and work at Penn Collision! I've been going here for years with any autobody needs but recently my audi was rear-ended on LB rd. These guys not only did a great job fixing it - it looks better than new - but went over and above dealing with the other drivers ins. company so I didn't have to and also arranged car rental for me and made sure the insurance covered it ... Audi never did that for me!! If I could give more stars I would, I highly recommend!!

Amazing workmanship. I brought my car in after an accident and the car now looks and runs like it's brand new. John from Penn Collision was so helpful with the insurance process. Skilled, professional, reliable, efficient, fair pricing and an amazing finished product, that is what you get from Penn Collision. I highly recommend them.
