Mark and his staff are awesome, honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They have been servicing my vehicle needs for over 4 years, an always take the time to explain what the issue is and how it needs to be resolved. In addition They even helped my son from buying used vehicle that looked great on the outside, but sketchy on the undercarriage of the car. I was very exited to try out this place, I stoped by to do an oil change for my car ( it uses conventional 5w-20 oil recommended by manufacturer and not synthetic oil ) I was greeted by a gentleman and directed me to another person fixing a flat tire, I told him what I needed. At the beginning he said he couldn’t take more cars at the moment and told him is not an issue since I live in nearby . He agreed, he asked what oil I used I said regular and he got furious, he said I must use synthetic oil it’s what the car uses. If the manufacturer recommends regular oil for the car it should be up to the costumer what kind of oil should be used instead of trying to ripoff or scam your potential costumers that might come back for more services in the future and bring you more business it might not be worth to scam them at the first visit and force them to get services that are not required.

So call mechanics don't speak any english terrible service there i took my car so call mechanics un screwed my oil filter almost lost my engine.
