Bank staff was very rude. Helping other customers before me while i waited patiently for service. Have never had issues with Ridgewood but this location made me feel uncomfortable while asking simple questions about my money. I’ve been a loyal customer for 26 years and think they should learn to treat people with respect at this branch.

Have been going here for years and the staff has been getting worse and worse. Don't waste your time coming here. After my last interaction I’m considering changing banks.

Been banking there for years and the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Very good rates as well.

The credit card from RSB is terrible. The payments take 10 business days to post to your account if you use your bill pay and if you pay at a branch it still takes 5 business days. So basically you have yo pay your bill as soon as you get it just to give yourself enough time so your not late. Chase Capital One...1 day.

Literally the worst, most incompetent place I have ever seen. Everything is a problem. Requests of any type require staff to call another location to get information from a mystery source on the phone. The person on the phone, who has the knowledge to handle a given situation, refuses to speak to customers. A banking request made at 3:30PM was met with the comment, "Come on, I have to go home at 4. I have kids." I wish I was making this up. Take you money anywhere but here.

Ridgewood is a bank where you walk in and the tellers know your name. Your treated like family and get the feeling this branch would go above and beyond standard practice for there clients.
