they put pecans on my sandwich and I'm deathly allergic to pecans. they people in the story only understand Spanish. the interior is like any normal subway tho and the vibe was alr.

This is a great subway... staff was quick friendly and helpful. The location needs an uplift. Corporate needs to invest in this store to give it a modern interior and easy of entrance/

CAUTiION! The two people working in this store had severe barriers in language, credibility or both, in addition to presenting themselves in an inpatient and unwelcoming fashion. Specifically, I simply asked the man tending the counter if there was gluten free bread at which he replied "Yes cheese bread". Not feeling certain of whether he was trying to tell me that the cheese bread was gluten free, or if he just didn't understand the question, I repeated the question to the woman who was also tending the counter. She looked at me in a way that appeared scowling and then said something in a foreign language to the man working the counter. He then took out a loaf of bread and showed it to me and said "cheese bread". I asked him if that cheese bread was also gluten free and he replied "yes cheese bread". Not feeling confident in the gluten free nature of his product I left the store. Out of curiosity I did later google gluten free bread at Subway and learned that (some?) Subway stores carry a gluten free bread that comes individually prepackaged and is available only in the 6" size (clearly not what the gentleman showed me). I feel that the importance of trust and reliability in any restaurant or food establishment should not be underestimated particularly when consumers' health and safety are concerned. I would therefore recommend against patronizing this store and would further recommend that the Subway franchisor closely review the practices in this store as well as its own franchising and quality assurance standards.

Thus was my first time coming to this location. I love subway sandwiches. They are very tasty and the amount is perfect. It wasn't busy at all & it has the perfect location because I work right down the road. From what I saw they look very clean and organized. The lady who made my sandwiche was very helpful and friendly and she even washed her hands and put gloves on before she made my sandwich. I definitely will come back again in the future.
