Shopped there on 12/10/2025 and after Christmas on 12/27. I CAN UNDERSTAND PRICES CHANGE. Beef Lion at $11.99 per pound, then $19.99 per pound during Christmas. Seriously. CRAZY. I would NEVER shop there again. They advertise a price on the shelf and when you get to the register its regular price. Scams. WATCH OUT!

Recently I had a confusing experience with communication. I called on Sunday November 2 and asked for 2 bottles of all original laundry detergent. Was told by an employee that I would get it the next day. What happend was I called the next day to see if it was at the counter and spoke to the manager and he said it wasn't there. I dont know if I will be doing business with them if I cant get any where with simple communication.

MY ISSUE IS THAT I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY AFRICAN AMERICAN WORKERS YET OVER 40 PERCENT OF BALDWIN RESIDENTS ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN BUT AS YOU EXIT SUPERFRESH BALDWIN FOUR PICTURES DEPICTING WHAT APPEARS TO BE AFRICAN AMERICAN SHOPLIFTERS ARE DISPLAYED THESE PICTURES HAVE BEEN UP FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS ARE THESE THE ONLY INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE SHOPLIFTED I FIND THIS OFFENSIVE ESPECIALLY WHEN AT LEAST HALF OF THE CUSTOMERS ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN WOULD THIS STORE SURVIVE WITHOUT AFRICAN AMERICAN SUPPORT? im not advocating for a boycott but.....

Today may be my last visit to Super Fresh. After work, I stopped by for protein shake ingredients and encountered two female checkout clerks who were extremely disrespectful, using derogatory language towards me, seemingly because I appeared disheveled from a graveyard work shift. Such behavior is unacceptable, and I suggest that others consider alternative grocery stores for their food shopping needs.

I have never had a problem using instacart and ordering from here until today. I ordered 2 pounds of hormel honey turkey. The instacart person doing the order stated they didnt have any. I ordered 2 pounds of boars head honey turkey and asked to be sliced thinner than usual and got what looked like the end of the turkey. The slices weren't thin and looked like it was packed all together. I ordered hebrew national beef salami a half a pound and had to throw it all out because it smelled rotten. I never had an issue and since instacart has great deals especially with cold cuts I figured why not. Today I was extremely disappointed with the order.
