I recently ordered custom pins/capias, for my godson's baptism, and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. From the start, the customer service was fantastic, when his full name could not fit , they quickly gave me a call for alternatives. My online order was also ready in just two days. I've ordered a second time already!

From the Emerald Crushed Velvet, to the chargers, to my dessert display to the backdrop... the bratshack did it all!! They have it all! They are so so so easy to work with. Pops loved his party, loved the look, and was blown away. Will be using them for all my parties!

I can't say enough good things about this party place! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. The rental process was incredibly smooth, and the staff was helpful and responsive throughout.The chairs and tables we rented were in pristine condition—clean, sturdy, and comfortable. It was evident that they take great care of their inventory. The setup was done efficiently, and everything was arranged exactly as we had requested.The staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. They provided valuable suggestions and were flexible with our last-minute changes. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable.Not only did they deliver exceptional service, but they also maintained excellent communication from the initial inquiry to the final pickup. The Brat Shack is the only place you need to go for all of your party needs . Customer service is amazing . Store is incredible . Whatever you are looking for to make your party special they have it ! They delivered & set up a back drop & balloon arch for my daughters baby shower . They were right on time with a quick set up. I asked them to match balloons to my daughters invite & cake & they did exactly that . Thank you for adding that special touch to my daughters special day

I went to severa different stores looking for specific color balloons to no avail. I googled party decorations store & The Brat Shack was recommended. I went to them & they couldn’t have been nicer & they have such a great assortment of different color balloons. They turned out just beautiful & definitely my new party store to go to for now on.

The Brat Shack is my new goto party store. They decorated the room for my husbands 60th birthday party. Everyone at the party was impressed with how beautifully the tables were decorated with balloons and party favors. The Brat Shack delivered the decorations and set them up according to the seatting chart I gave them a week before the part. I didn't have to worry about a thing!

We ordered the white couch for our wedding sweetheart table and it was perfect! It's very unique and adds a fun aspect to the room. The Brat Shack made it very easy to order and took care of everything.

I came to the place as a last minute add on I had professional flowers but wanted a balloons and an arch. I googled you, called you said you could accommodate my date in a week! I went in during lunchtime, drove about 30 minutes to see them, and they were busy. Even so, the couple there took their time with me. My "vision" kept changing and they were patient and even when she told me think about it. Did not pressure me. I came in that Tuesday she said you changed your mind didn't you and we both laughed. They weren't looking to get more money out of me but really looking to help me. I never felt shamed for changing my order they were just wanting to help me be happy with my decisions.If I throw another party it would be just to work with you again!!! I truly mean that! Even my venue complimented your workers the maitre'd said they were here early, nice and great! Thank you both!!! xoxo

Just left the Brat Shack, Vicki provided the best customer service. She is very knowledgeable about the current designs and styles to pull off a great event. The Brat Shack have everything you need, and if you don't see it tell them want it is that you want and they will make it. I also love that I can support a black owned business.

HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL still in shock by the ghetto and ratchet interaction I encountered with this business yesterday. Literally had a screaming match with this supposedly business because of childish behavior from an “employee” There’s no way possible these 5 star reviews are real unless they personally asked for them or paid for them to say these things. Not sure who’s the owner of this place called a “business” however the mom enables her very disrespectful daughter to say and react to customers any sort of way and then justifies her disrespect and the mother herself, which seemed like an ok lady just does whatever the daughter tells her to do. It’s extremely sad and due to a minor miscommunication on their contract their true colors were shown. We ordered 30 chairs for my nephews party and ended up with a canceled order because this business doesn’t understand basic customer service interaction. Sadly it wasn’t until reaching back to my destination that I was told about the history of the horrible attitudes these women have. This was a first time, last minute order due to my usual lady being out of town but never again and I will never recommend this “business” to anyone. Luckily my nephews party was a great success and the horrible experience at this shop with the rental chairs did not stop the show! & please do not classify yourself as a black owned business this is a flat out ratchet owned business.
