“It is incredibly rare that I will write a review. The only exception is when I receive exceptional customer service which is exactly what just happened today. I walked into Tobacco Road in desperate need of a new scent. Despite how many times I asked for assistance and tried multiple oils, Dee not only met me with kindness and patience, but when I told her that I didn’t want to continue to trouble her for help, she reassured me that I wasn’t inconveniencing her in anyway!
Since I had additionally ordered lotto tickets, I had to then go to the ATM to retrieve funds. By the time I turned around, Dee had very proactively pulled out 7 additional oils for me to try and one of them was absolutely perfect for my needs!! She did not give up until I was satisfied.
Her stellar customer service along with the customer service of the entire staff was so welcoming, inviting and warm and I will be a lifelong customer for it…”

“I've been many Smoke Shops but I have to say this one sticks out over the majority of them. The place itself is very clean and kept very organized. Also, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They offer some of the lowest prices around. They also have a really nice humidor with a lot of different choices. Since finding this place not too long ago, I plan on coming here on a weekly basis. I used to order everything online, but since I found this place, I much rather go in person. I highly recommend other people check this place out, because I promise you, disappointment will not be there.”

“As we walked in we were welcome in and explain how the lounge worked as per seating at front or the back. You can bring your own drinks. Ice cans be served for your drinks and cups.

“This is an ideal spot for a cigar and some TV or just to be with some fellow cigar lovers. I was here for a "Cigar Night" event and just relaxed with some friends and enjoyed a cigar. Plenty of TV sets around for any sport's night. Plenty of lockers for the regulars. It is so easy to get here from either the Northern State Pkwy, Expressway or Northern Blvd with ample parking. They have a terrific humidor room with an outstanding variety of high-end and not so high-end cigars. There is something for everyone and all reasonably priced. They even a couple of seats in the back of the humidor room to sit, relax, hang with some friends and chat. What was easy to notice was the amazing ventilation system throughout. It really make a stay better when you're not sitting in the middle of a cloud. I recommend this shop for all us cigar aficionados out there. Sit back, relax and enjoy the smoke.
