Very unprofessional. How do you have an employee (Jessica Eckels) call members and laugh over the phone that there is nothing the bank can do for their TOH employees. This bank is unprofessional and I see why more and more people are closing accounts here.

Small Credit Unions like this are better than big Banks. you get much more attention and faster service. The staff here is great.

Thanks for nothing TOH FCU, I'm a long time member there,I inquired about something, and they were NO help AT all.Complete waste of time..I don't see the perks of people even being a member there if they're going to be told that there's nothing that can be done for them..Way to Keep loyal customers...??

I’ve been credit union member for many years and I never had a problem with anything. The employees are always willling to help and again never any problems. It’s always a pleasure to know I belong to something so reliable.

I meant to make this review a while ago but didnt have the time till now. This credit union is the best. Even though the pandemic they did everything they can to help you. Yes I wish they had more branches but anytime I needed help they went above and beyond especially Donna. It was a trying time for everyone and with that being said I want to say I'm glad to be a member of this credit union.

Awful in every way possible. One location that closes at 3pm when the rest of the world works until 5 and 6. No atm locations anywhere. Terrible mobile app that doesn't have let you deposit checks so you're forced to come the 1 day a week theyre open passed 3. Terrible location with one drive thru and very little parking. Slow to the point where I was able to write this entire review while waiting in line at their drive thru. Possibly a good bank in 1984, terrible and behind the times in 2020.

They charge ATM fees, but they called themselves a credit union. Sounds like a bank to me.
