The worst pharmacy and customer service in town. They're always out of stock of everything and the kids they have working in the front could care less. They are very rude and after five years of having our prescriptions there, I'll never go back there.

This review is for the pharmacy department. I had an appointment for a flu shot that I was like 15 min early for, but after waiting in line I was just told to go scan the QR code on the sign for check in. Then after waiting more, the employee asked for my insurance, just to then find out they don’t even take my insurance. Entering my insurance was not part of the online appointment booking either. Very messy process that just ended up wasting my time, about 35 minutes to be exact. Went to CVS down the street and was helped as a walk-in right away.

Visited Walgreens in Baldwin Thursday evening 5/29 and it was a great experience. I found the products I wanted. The store was very neat and organized and the cashier was outstanding.

Our pictures did not print properly, so we asked for some assistance. Destiny was extremely helpful and patient with us. She explained how to reorder them the way we wanted, and even offered to trim the photos down for us. In this day and age, it's rare to find an employee that actually cares and takes the time to help customers. Destiny deserves to be recognized for her exemplary customer service.

Terrible experience, young kid just talking on the phone. Asked him for help, tells me the aisle and then the products locked. Had to wait another 10 minutes to even get the product but now we have to wait 10 minutes to get rung up. Something that should take maybe 2 minutes turned into 20 minutes. I wish i was exaggerating but it’s crazy, this experience is terrible. I even wrote this review while waiting, which is crazy. We got to do better…

Professional quick courteous, great team!
Pharmacist is consummate professional, always helpful. Again, great team, been using them literally since they built this location. Pharmacy best as its ever been.

Love coming here because the staff are friendly, usually what I need is in stock, great prices and 2-for deals. The store is always clean, with ample parking. I can get a variety of items at a convenient location that is managed well. If ever there is a long line, management always quickly opens up another register. I don't shop in store much. I used to go to CVS over Walgreens simply due to the proximity to my house, but now I pass by CVS and come to Walgreens since CVS has now gone to self-checkout. I appreciate that Walgreens still values the personal interaction factor, which means a lot to me. I hope this continues, so I can continue to support Walgreens!
