Visited Walgreens in Baldwin Thursday evening 5/29 and it was a great experience. I found the products I wanted. The store was very neat and organized and the cashier was outstanding.

Our pictures did not print properly, so we asked for some assistance. Destiny was extremely helpful and patient with us. She explained how to reorder them the way we wanted, and even offered to trim the photos down for us. In this day and age, it's rare to find an employee that actually cares and takes the time to help customers. Destiny deserves to be recognized for her exemplary customer service.

Terrible experience, young kid just talking on the phone. Asked him for help, tells me the aisle and then the products locked. Had to wait another 10 minutes to even get the product but now we have to wait 10 minutes to get rung up. Something that should take maybe 2 minutes turned into 20 minutes. I wish i was exaggerating but it’s crazy, this experience is terrible. I even wrote this review while waiting, which is crazy. We got to do better…

Professional quick courteous, great team!
Pharmacist is consummate professional, always helpful. Again, great team, been using them literally since they built this location. Pharmacy best as its ever been.

This morning it was customers standing outside the store at 7am noone was there 2 open the door I called inside the store after 7am it was 7:15am noone answered this is not the first time this happened they customer service sucks & I'm calling thr upper managers it was raining as I walked away I saw an employee that works there & told her there are customers standing outside noone came un professional

Staff is sometimes rude and short with customers. Wait time at the pharmacy is usually 5-15minutes. The store is usually clean, but the aisles usually have boxes or trollies with boxes blocking the way.

Recently went there to get a candy , and got a really good sale price on them , and then walk around a store to see they have pretty good sale going on, will be checking more often now, since store is well organized and customer service was friendly

They go against Walgreens corporate policy and do not match the price of their own website. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
