It's a dollar type store. Found what I wanted by bothering the help.
The help was very annoyed by my question and then received the same attitude when I was cashing out.
I think the employees are spread too thin and the company needs to maybe hire stockers for over night, or put on more help and stop expecting so much out of the 2 employees. Hire stockers to do the freight only and cashiers to ring people out.

i walked in got stuff for the party went to check out and get accused of stealing, i show that my pockets are empty and they still accuse me, later once they were proved wrong they said i was forcing my sister to steal, even tho she was carrying nothing, overall this place sucks

Love Dollar Tree they have a great selection of cards for all occasions and lots of gift wrap options, which is what I went in for! There was only one person working cash and there was a long line to pay for my items but the cashier was very friendly and efficient.

So many items to choose from dollar $2 items every year they get a larger and larger selection of holiday items like Christmas now Valentines very friendly people work there as well.....

Piece of advice: call whoever maintains your POS system and have them remove the cash back prompt. Alternatively, train your employees basic customer service to prevent them from screaming in front of customers about “needing a sign saying we don’t do cash back.” You really get what you pay for here - including the shopping experience. ??

what's funny is I complimented your store to someone for being clean and nice.... then tonight at I was there shopping and I hear your employee some white girl black hair ..start going off about how "I don't care If he's a felon I hope trump is back in office. .I don't even care " THAT IS WHY 1 ⭐️.... not because of saying trump , but for her not being able to separate worm and personal political views. She also talked about like F Biden flags. ... need to let that one go!

I hate this store. Manager and workers were mean. I put my bag infront like I was told and they grabbed my bag and threw it outside. When you ask if they have something they don't help they say "if you domt see it we don't have it" learn your store

Very nice associates! Except 1 including the manager herself is very extremely rude , I went in with my bike and bag and I have been doing this for several months . With the same associates having no issue with me having my bag on my back . I was rudely told today to have my bag in front and I said to the manager , tell your associates to stop okaying me from doing it then. An she said she will , then I could hear her up front talking about me while I'm about to be cashed out.. very rude and nasty Manager...she even went in her office to check the cameras fast an I found that extremely rude .. i respected what she had said but when I've been doing it for awhile and nobody but her has a issue with it is where it's tedious

The two women working there today were super helpful and so friendly. Definitely the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time.
