I usually enjoy this Fastrac location—the rewards program is great, the fountain selection is a nice plus (especially since most don’t have brewed unsweetened tea), and my daughter loves the coffee and pizza.
That said, I had a concerning experience on Monday, July 8, 2025, around 9:30 a.m. A male employee stood at the drink station for over 15 minutes, playing with cups and glancing at me and my teenage daughter repeatedly without acknowledging us or moving. We both felt too uncomfortable to approach and I left without getting anything.
I want to be respectful—I don’t know if the employee has challenges I’m unaware of—but the situation felt very disconcerting, and the fact that nearby staff didn’t step in made it worse.
I’m sharing this because I do like the store overall, but I hope management sees this as an opportunity for more staff awareness and guest support in situations where someone might be clearly uncomfortable.

Staff is always so nice when I come in no matter what time of day! I stop in sometimes in the morning right when they open and even then, the staff is great! Everything is clean and stocked.

Showed up at 745 in the morning to no coffee at the coffee bar at all. Not even brewing more. Associates just talking behind the counter not really working. Don't go here for morning stop.

Just picked up two slices of pizza. The girl didn't ask me if I wanted to have them heated up, just threw them in the box. I asked her if they were fresh and didn't need to be heated and she said "yeah, just came out".... I'm in the parking lot eating cold slices of pizza. There was one person behind me in line so it's not like they were slammed with customers and trying to be fast. This is just another sad excuse of an employee being lazy and not doing their job. Pretty sad.

It was a breakfast pizza with sausage, bacon and 1/2 peppers. I don’t think they put any egg on, very little meat and no peppers. Worst breakfast pizza ever.

Just shopped at fast track and had wonderful customer service from both the ladies working there . They were both kind , friendly and helpful my pizza was really good too

If possible to give negative I will... given multiple chances on pizza... first 2 were "pre ordered". First time I ordered over the phone and was told 35 mins. When I arrived whoever took my order had left and no one on duty had a clue about my order. I then waited another 40 mins for my pizza. Second time I ordered 1 hour in advance for a specific time because I was in a bind for time and got told no problem. When I arrived my pizza wasn't even in the oven yet, and I got told I had arrived too early;literally 2 mins not exaggerating. Now the third and final attempt at fastrac pizza... I ordered inside and was told 10 mins I returned it was done but... there is only "pizza" on one side of the pizza... there's more "bread triangles" with a little bit of sauce and meat on your first 3 bites than there is pizza. I will not be returning.
