“Look past the outdated one star reviews and you will see Bob is a hardworking, knowledgeable man of integrity. I was recommended to send him my car for scrap after Triple A quoted me seven grand for a new engine. However, Bob assured me he could find me the parts cheaper. He referred me to one friend at another shop for the engine and one for the labor, saving my car and a lot of money. I pointed out that this would mean he’s making no money and he told me that it was the right thing to do and sent me on my way. I will recommend all my friends and family go to Bob for any replacement parts. He is a kind soul.”

You literally cannot tell where the repair starts and the original paint ends. The color, texture, and finish are perfect, even under bright sunlight.
What really impressed me was their attention to detail: they fixed minor trim scratches I hadn’t even noticed. If you need bodywork, paint, or collision repair, I cannot recommend J Smitty Automotive enough.”

“Stopped here yesterday to ask how I could remove some adhesive from a weather tech hood protector that lasted for 5 years on my Honda CRV. A nice young woman, Maddie came out, looked at it and said bring it in and we’ll remove it for you. I stopped the next day, they took it in and removed it for me. While I was just looking for advice, they did it all for me. Blew me away, and came out great! Customer service at its absolute finest! I was so thankful, and blessed to have receive such fine customer service. I wish to thank Maddie and all that worked on my car. I will forever refer anyone I know to this fine establishment. “Grand Premier was awesome! I was in my new RV traveling from Cape Cod, MA to Colorado and I kept losing air from a rear tire. I saw now visible tire damage and the valve stem seemed fine. After visiting 3 shops, Grand Premier was willing to look at my rig. They found my new custom wheel failed (cracked) and they put on my spare tire - not an easy task. They wouldn’t take any money and send me on my way to finish my trip. OMG, these guys were life savers! Thank you! ?”

“I have brought my car to Lussier’s on several occasions- collision repairs, scheduled maintenance, and impromptu service issues. I have also received these services at various local dealerships. I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. Their quality of work with collision/paint repairs is also excellent- color matching was perfect and you can’t even tell there was work done! I cannot say enough about the confidence and trust I have with Lussier’s and their staff. Not only is it refreshing, but it is comforting to know there are places like Lussier’s that you can confidently bring your car to and feel comfortable in every way!”

“I just purchased a 2004 Z06 from Verillo Motor Cars. I buy a lot of cars. Rarely do they show up at my door as nice as this car is. Super minty condition. Especially considering it's over 20 years old.
There was a miscommunication regarding the age of the tires. Which Joe Verillo promptly made right without hesitation. Rarely do dealers stand behind their words like this. I would definitely buy a car from Verillo Motors again.”

Revived a 22-year-old Toyota truck that I was ready to junk, despite a smooth-running engine and drive train, based on what other shops had told me about the extent of its frame rust and leaky fuel tank. R&S thoroughly diagnosed and found the rust was confined to rear of frame (fixable by welds) and that a replacement fuel kit could be installed for reasonable price. Given the very high prices now being charged even for very old trucks, the R&S charge was reasonable. Their work was efficient and conscientious -- good vibes all around. Highly recommended based on my experience.”
