Very good at getting you in the door with car promises, but not able to deliver. Went in with a appointment and already had pre-approval; extremely busy, forgot we were there. Only had one car that was in our price range and it was sold prior to our appointment. So they wanted $2 K down, banks do not really want to give out loans.

Purchased car from Terry. Super please with sales. Service not so much. Got oil change from Valvoline and they messed it up. Took back to Terry to correct the leak and was told it wasn't leaking. After 2 more weeks of leaking in driveway I call back to make appointment. They tell me Valvoline did it, I told him i don't care who did it I brought it to you guys to fix and you didn't... So it goes back today and let's see how this goes.. to be continued....Hope they can change my feeling about this place... But from what I heard on phone and after seeing what happened my first time there I doubt it...Day 2... Well I heard back from them.. apparently fixing it is beyond their means and referred me to the GMC dealership... So I realized that they will help you falsify financial records for you to get the loan for the car but can't help fix it.... Terry Morris isnt #1 to me

Bill Barner and Angie went above and beyond to help us get in a new vehicle.!!! Actually got us quoted for less then we thought!!! And put us in a quality car!! These guys don't carry the junk cars that are found at other used car lot. I was literally happily shocked dealing with these people!!! THANK YOU!!!!

I was out looking to buy a car and after having a very dissatisfied experience with two Fuccillo dealers ,we decided to try one more place before going home. And that place was Terry's RT 50 super lot. We were looking at several of the cars on the lot and didnt see anything in my price range until out of the corner of my eye I saw a beautiful Subaru. And that's what Bill Barner did a wonderful job of helping me to buy. Thanks again for all your help!!

Bought a car and found out recall for it was out and it needed software updates before I bought it. They did none of that. Make sure you ask about recalls and updates. I didn't and it cost $200

We bought a 2015 Dodge Journey from them and even though we had complications with the vehicle with out their knowledge they made sure to replace and fix everything with no questions asked also gave us a rental car for the time being they have amazing service and a great team behind them. I want to thank Rick and Jim for there hard work and putting up with our 100 calls about our car hahaha thank you guys so much for making our first experience with buying a new car comfortable and making us feel at ease THANK YOU GUYS 🎉🎉🎉

I am a repeat customer of Terry's Supr Lot. There is no pressure from the salespeople. The sales people here are super friendly and their finance guru Angi is awesome. I came back because the first car I bought was solid and reliable. I hate car dealerships but this one made my car buying experience pleasurable. I highly recommend Terry's Route 50 Super Lot.
