Went just to use the bathroom. It was clean and smelled nice. I decided to get cookies. When I went to checkout someone was ringing up a customer and two employees were doing some work, one girl decided to stop working to check me out instead of me waiting for the previous customer to be done with their cashier. I appreciated them taking care of me right away. Recommend this Walgreens if you’re stopping by for gas and need a restroom/snacks.

I do not want to rate them low because when they have typical pharmacy quality for their services. But it is extremely difficult to get someone from the pharmacy on the phone or even to confirm the pharmacy is open. I have driven up during normal business hours and it seems due to lack of staff/no pharmacist on duty that the pharmacy is closed. Has happened more than I want to see when you rely on medications. I have gotten in the habit of attempting to call before leaving my house, it happens so often and usually cannot get anyone on the phone. Unfortunate, but comsidering moving pharmacy from 5 min away Ballston Lake to 15 min away Clifton Park or Malta CVS/Walgreens/other pharmacy locations.

The customer service here is atrocious. I called in 4 scripts on Friday using the automated system. Robot said “ok got it will be ready for you this afternoon.” Got there on Monday morning nothing filled. Woman said “you can wait 20 minutes or they will be ready after lunch.” Came back at 5:45pm (they close at 7) still don’t have my scripts filled. I ask can you put a rush on them?! Woman at the counter “yeah I said they will be ready in 15 minutes” all snotty. Unbelievable. Now I know why the 2 stars. I’ll be moving my scripts elsewhere where there is some kind of competence.

HAD EVERYTHING I WANTED & ON SALE & THEY GAVE ME THE BUY 1 GET 1 FREE, EVEN THOUGH I PAID W/ MY INSURANCE CARD! UNLIKE OL' CVS WHO WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE FREE 1 IF PAYING W/ INSURANCE! WELL IT SHOULD BE THE SAME OFFER / DEAL FOR EVERYONR OR IT'S DISCRIMINATION! NEEDLESS TO SAY BUT I DON'T SHOP THERE ANYMORE!

This pharmacy and the very inconsiderate abs compassionless pharmacy manager. She plain out lied to me and her employees and when I called her out on it with prof from the Walgreens app itselfshe became very rude a. I then talked to the store manager and she looks lied to him even though I cought her in that lie before. My Insurance won't allow me use CVS but will be finding another pharmacy tomorrow. She should not be in the medical business she is not trying to help patients as per all the reviews

ive been trying to get my medication for the past 3 days. the app keeps saying too early to refill. my psychiatrist even sent it in but it still is saying too early to refill. i need my medication to survive. this pharmacy is a joke and im switching to cvs because of this.
