Recently moved back to the Ballston Spa area and my previous doctor retired so I researched medical offices accepting new patients. This operation is very conveniently located for me and so I gave it a shot. I was very impressed by Katie Dunn, P.A. She is knowledgeable on many medical conditions, an excellent communicator and very direct which I like. The staff is friendly and the office is clean with parking directly across the street. I was hesitant to choose a Physicians Associate versus an MD but I feel very confident Katie can handle my medical needs and direct me to the appropriate specialists as needed.

Rude receptionist. I was extremely polite. Booking appointments three (3!) months out! Ridiculous and a joke.

I was more than pleased with my visit - she listen to me with my concerns and I did not feel rushed - not once did she say "well you know you are getting older" and the staff was great also - very pleased.

as much as I would say that the loss of Dr. Gilman at this practice will be forever changed as the new doctor is not a doctor, but a PA, and is very self-righteous and thinks that she rules the roost. I had the unfortunate adventure of meeting her today for the very first time, and she came off very rudely and didn’t seem to care about. her patience. She came into the room with a attitude and very disruptive. I had to pretty much walk out. I will have to find a new I would not recommend the speciality to anybody at this time like I said, with the loss of Dr. Gilman I feel this practice will not succeed. I warn everybody to not go there absolute worst staff again. I had to wait over an hour to even be seen so I will be calling my providers and telling them to not pay her bill. I wish I could read this as zero stars because of the long wait and the fact that I was told I’d be seeing an actual doctor was not told I would be seeing a PA, so I urge everybody to stay away from this. Maybe they’ll get their head on straight

Moved from out of state and started seeing Dr. Ennis here. Absolutely LOVE her, and the staff is always kind to me and my children as well. I’ve never waited longer than ten minutes and I’ve had multiple appointments here. Dr. Ennis and the staff have gone above and beyond for me working with my insurance countless times on referrals and authorizations when my insurance company has been slow and difficult.. they’re always on top of it and so so helpful! So thankful for everyone there!

The worst office staff and doctors ever. Highly recommend not to waste your time.They have no ethics nor any professionalism.They will bill you for calling and would wait for a scheduled appointment for hours.Sue over the phone was very rude. I understand she must be over worked but why wouldn't you release my medical information when I switched a doctor and again would call me to schedule an appointment.Stay away. Not even worth it if your on medicaid. They charge the same and the wastage of time is the same.Pathetic

Was seeing Corey Ennis and loved her but unfortunate he left. Looking forward to seeing Dr. Gelman and hopefully will love him to! The new office staff is great, thankfully, because it was horrible before, but they are now on top of everything and very respectful so anyone who was turning away due to the previous rude office staff, they are no longer there and. Is it is a pleasure to be there!
