The service might be a tad slow, the computers seem to take twice as long as other Broadview locations to do anything, but the people working here have good patience and good manners.
I like using this locations because it's a quick walk to from my office, and they have a fish tank, which is far more interesting to look at while in line than some boring TV with depressing news on it or whatever.”
“Just stopped in this location for the first time. Reviews were concerning, but I had a smooth experience. Easy parking. Greeted by guy sitting at the round entry way reception. Got in line, withdrew cash. Showed teller my id. She looked up my account using id. I gave clear instruction as to which account to withdraw money from and what denominations I wanted. She did so, repeating back what I asked to ensure it was accurate, it was. Counted the money out by hand, which is a bit surprising, since I normal branch has a machine that doe that...but it was done clearly and accurately. The whole transaction was pleasant and professional. Just thought I add this review so it isn't all doom and gloom. This is a convenient location for me in addition to my normal Latham/Cohoes branch.”
