I went thru the drive thru of this pharmacy for the first time, and an older man which came to the window was incredibly rude asked my last name and in the middle of spelling it for him to look me up he screamed first name!!! Than he tried to charge me 50 bucks for my med and I said no I have the good rx number he said something to me as he was closing the window on my face again I said I can't hear you and he screamed at me it's cold and walked away, and I finally screamed are you f'ing kidding me he than handed my med to a lady pharmacist who came over and charged the right price and I asked her his name she said Ryan! I than told her he shouldn't be working with patients with that attitude and she than said you cursed at him no I didn't I didn't curse at him until he slammed the window in my face for a 3rd time and was walking away from the window after I asked what did he say I couldn't hear him! Wow I will be calling a manager in the morning and speaking about this man and reading the reviews it's not the first time this older man has been disrespectful!

I switched from Hannaford due to seeing a pharmacist drink while on the job. I'm thinking about switching back because every time I need my insulin filled it's always delayed they never have it and I can never get an answer why. It's an inconvenience. My insulin is what keeps me alive.

I called and spoke to the robot answering machine a few days ago and asked to renew a prescription with my doctor. So I called and spoke with an employee which sadly I did not get his name but he is a man who is middle aged and clearly miserable with his life. I simply asked him to check to see if my doctor was notified and it seemed to be such a huge inconvenience for him to do so. Then he said that he could send a request to my doctor, so I asked if you can do that can you check to see if one has been sent already. He then rudely said, “I don’t know what you’re asking” so I just asked him to send one to my doctor again. He then followed up that he “recommends for me to talk with my doctor”, which I said “okay but I want you to request my order”. He then said “I’m just saying that I recommend that you talk with them.” So I said that “my doctor was the one that recommended me to call the pharmacy and ask for a refill because it would be easier” so I would be taking her recommendation over his. Which he clearly didn’t like and he didn’t put my request in to my doctor, terrible customer service and such a childish action for a grown man to take.

The pharmacy employees act like they are the customers. Dismissive, rude, and they even put a snarky sign on the drive-thru window. I drive a quiet car, so why should I have to do that just because of a few loud ones? I really think they don’t want anyone at THEIR store.

Rude pharmacist. She could easily have been polite about what she had to tell me, but she was abrupt and dismissive. I left with a feeling that I was an annoyance. Really unnecessary and too bad.

This location has seriously went downhill over the past few years. Long lines, poor customer service, rude pharmacy staff that treats customers like trash. Randomly closing the drive thru window when open just to make people come inside. I wish I had closer options to home.P.S. please clean that drive thru window, it’s filthy.

Every time I go there there is horrible customer service and the pharmacy was extremely rude so I would gladly drive 20 minutes out of my way to burnt hills than deal with these people.

Going into this store? 50/50 gonna have a good time/bad time. Today I got a pharmacy man in glasses and a red Grand Union shirt who could not have been more rude, condescending, or unhelpful. Literally picking his nose at the drive thru window. This store needs some attention and quality control.

Pharmacy assistant was incredibly rude! A customer behind me followed me out to my car to tell me he made comments to her about me after I left. He SHOULD NOT be allowed to act that way towards customers!

unprofessional, would rather have someone covid + in their facility than answer the drive thru. not sure of the rude employee’s name whom i had to deal with, the man in the pharmacy. big sign was up saying they want you to go to the drive thru if you’re covid positive, and then cop a huge attitude with you when you have to come in. this place needs new staff that go along with protocol.
