“TERRIBLE! The carts require a nickel deposit but IT NEVER works. I can never get THE CART to unlock so I end up having to stand in FRONT of the store... begging for someone to leave me their CART.. like a bum. Still AMAZING products and CHEAPER than hannaford of market 32.”
“Love this place compared to the one on Central Ave in Albany. Way less crowded here and it’s a lot cleaner. Large selection of foods which is great. I usually come every other week and every time it’s good! My only complaint is some of the shopping carts won’t unlatch. Not a big deal but it’s annoying sometimes”
“Tim is a great guy with a great story. He treats us like close friends each time we arrive @ his farm.
My wife and I along with our son just came back from his farm last weekend, with fresh eggs from his farm.
He let our son play with his animals, a great experience !!
Tom we prayed for your animal in distress
Best to you/your family and your farm/animals.
See you later this fall!!
Kevin ,Rowena and Robert”
“I either go in with a fixed amount of cash and leave all of my cards in the car or I try to avoid the seasonal aisles. Guaranteed I will find something there that I absolutely must have! And their products work wonderfully and last a long time.”
“Very expensive. Paid 75c for one ear of corn. Walmarts has them for 33c. Bought a head of lettuce. Opened it up to find mold. Went in the garbage. Must agree with others when they say staff is unfriendly. Seems this younger generation would rather not work ?”
“Asian/Indian store have increased around the area with population growth of the minority population. This was one of the first asian/Indian stores opened in the Saratoga County by the Sihal family who owned another grocery store and a restaurant location in Albany county. The management has recently changed. You do get to buy stuff that you wouldn't find at Walmart or a local grocery store that are used in a South Asian household. My family goes there every Thursday as they get fresh vegetables and meat. The vegetables are purchased in NYC and brought here. You get the green chilis that are spicier than the one in your local store....I addition you get to buy tropical fruits jack fruits, green pumpkin, lychee and guava. I go there for my Mukwas (mouth freshener...soamp), Thums up (Indian soda) and mango kulfi.”
“This was the Ballston Spa Aldi's and I'm going to be honest. I'm going to give it a five stars because one it was very clean and very easy to find everything, two the people that worked there were all very nice and three it's just an all-around nice store. I got a lot and paid a little.”
