I called Paul for a problem with my oven. He came that day (Saturday) and was extremely pleasant and helpful. He ordered the part and installed it Monday...and his price was very, very fair.

Paul quoted a a price over the phone and stuck with it. He knew from my description of the issue with our dryer exactly what the problem was. He was very personable, showed up on time, did a nice job on the repair - and his diagnosis was correct.
