“I called earlier in the day, for a sump pump. Vince answer the phone, I asked him if they had this sump pump in stock, and he said, we have only one left. I said can I come and pick it up, and he said I'll put it on the counter and it'll be waiting for you. I went up an hour later to pick it up and my name was on the box. The gentleman behind the counter said, I'll be right with you it was a few seconds. Very professional, very neat store at the counter. And I had a great experience there.
