“People are pleasant here. Clean establishment that actually sticks to their hours. It usually takes me about 2 hours to do all of the weeks laundry. Restroom available for customers and products available in case you forget(dryer sheets, detergent, etc.)
Most of the machines are reliable, although I've had a few dryers not work well and I just let the staff know and they refund me the cost.
Chinese food and pizza in the same plaza along with a few other cute shops to walk around while waiting.”
“I brought my shirt to this place to be washed. As soon as I got back, there was a problem with it. They couldn't find it. The person told me to wait a few days. I went back, they couldn't find it. They told me to come back in 2 weeks. I gave them a month and at first they offered to give me half the value of the shirt. Which obviously made me quite angry because it was a very good quality shirt. As soon as I got back, a month later, the person responded to me for the full value of the shirt. He is a very responsible person and I appreciate that he responded for the full value of the shirt. I understand that accidents happen. And the truth is, I recommend this place so that you can take your shirts to be washed.”

“I brought in a bridesmaids dress that was ordered online. Needed to be hemmed quite a bit, multi layer fabric. Also needed the bust let out 2 inches to zip around the middle. And asked for a hook be added above the zipper. Worth every penny. The dress I got back was perfect for me. 2 week wait. Would absolutely go back.Service: Alterations”
“Just stopped in today to have my laundry done, since my dryer at home broke. Gave them literally 24 pound of clothes, paid a bit over $30. They were able to get it done between my lunch break and the end of my shift. Nicely folded and reasonably priced.”
“I used their service for alteration and for cleaning my fur and leathers respectively. There was a problem with the latter. In this day and age when many businesses are taking advantage of clients by using the excuse of “pandemic” for subpar results, I was more than astounded and deeply grateful for Mr. Tom Nigro’s resolution to our dispute in the cleaning of my white leather 911 Memorial coat. Mr. Nigro was above all, professional, knowledgeable of the leather cleaning process, sympathetic to my situation, and a good businessman. Although we politely agreed to disagree, I was utterly satisfied with the resolve and will be returning to do business at Spa Garment Care and encourage others to do the same.The cleaning of the reversible fur/leather coat—reasonable; the quality on the work to replace snap hooks to standard hooks of a fur coat was impeccable, price for work was reasonable. “Clean machines, polite and helpful attendant. One machine ate three of my quarters but didn't give me credit for them. The attendant noticed my distress and asked to help. Told my story and she cheerfully started the machine for me. I hadn't been inside a laundromat for 30 years. The attendant and other customers were all helpful and friendly.”

“Very clean, tidy, lots of different size washers and dryers available. Plenty of space for folding too. I used this facility for a queen size 20lb weight blanket that is super heaby and large. Also washed a heavy sleeping bag. Machines were able to accomodate no problem.
Atm and change dispensers for $1, $5, $10, $20 on site.
For horse/pet owners: they do not allow you to wash pet bedding or horse blankets at this facility but they have options available at spa cleaners.”
