The manager and owner are both extremely rude, unprofessional and just unkind. I had a miserable experience attempting to ask a simple question about a package I had shipped from this location. If I thought I had a chance in returning the gift I purchased here, I would try. However, I just won’t use their service or shop here again.

It is great having mail store like this in town. John and Justin are the best and have the best customer service. They both always go above and beyond. Forget the post office and do business with them!!!!!!!

The shipping guy is awesome. I actually enjoy dragging my returns out to be shipped! And they are open later than the post office etc.

Justin is just amazing! I had numerous issues with a UPS store and some art I purchased at an auction. Justin solved my problem with a great price and had it delivered quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I highly recommend this mail center.

Just wanted to say the service is above expectations!! Bring your stuff to be packaged for shipping and they box it and do all the paperwork and off it goes !! They have cards, post office boxes, gift bags, and fix cell phones! Extremely happy they opened nearby! Also very very reasonably priced! No more post office for me

I sent my boyfriend in at 10am this morning to scan and put some important documents onto a USB that I provided and they told him that it would be ready at 1pm that afternoon. They never told him how much it would be and when he went to go pick it up later that day its was $66 and change for 38 pages??? Highway robbery and slow to get to work in my opinion when your website said it would be mins and done. You are not honest about your prices upfront because if we had known how much it would have been we would have never used them for this work. I've never heard of a private company charging this much for 38 pages. I am very disappointed and will never use you guys again for anything.

I honestly don’t know what people are talking about in the reviews. My husband and I come here often to ship things and it’s always fast and easy. The man working there is super helpful and very friendly. Not to mention there is an adorable kitty that always says hello!

Promised to have package delivered and when called to follow up. The gentleman stated the package would never had arrived overnight and I voiced my frustration with being promised one thing and not delivering on the promise. When I called the gentleman was rude and passive aggressive. They have lost my business and I will never recommend them to anyone ever due to lack of professionalism.

Would give zero stars if possible. I would encourage people to stick with tried and true services and go directly to USPS or FedEx.I received a nasty phone call (wish I could just call it unprofessional, but it was truly nasty) from the owner/employee (?) today regarding a package I brought to them a couple of weeks ago. The package showed up at my house two days later, clearly undelivered (and I paid almost DOUBLE what it cost to ship Priority from the post office). When I brought the package back to the store, they refunded me and told me they would reach out to the post office to investigate what happened. I left the outside box with them so they'd have the information to use in contacting USPS, took my item with me and accepted the refund. I then shipped it out on my own (and it cost-honestly-$10 less).Fast forward to today... I received a phone message telling me it was basically my fault the box was returned to me because my label was on the box along with their label-their label that they (as a professional shipping company) placed on the side of the box. They told me I wouldn't get a refund; however, out of courtesy, I called them to explain they already had refunded me.John then went on again to tell me it was my fault the label from them wasn't properly scanned, and told me that they'd rather not have me as a customer (because they screwed up?? help me here...lol). I realize that was preemptive because he knew I'd never ship from his company again, nor would I recommend it to others. It's too bad that a new business in our small town has such poor customer service.
