Ocean State Job Lot offers brand names at discount prices. It is a vast, clean, and well-lit store with a large parking area. The shop carries a wide selection including household goods, apparel, snacks, pet supplies, and seasonal products. Prices are described as unbelievable and reasonable, with special "Crazy Deals." The merchandise is well-displayed, though the store can feel a bit disorganized. Staff are noted as friendly and helpful, though sometimes seem rushed. It is a shopping place for everyone with reliable timing.

Rick is amazing. I love this store there are always great deals and good finds. The staff at this store are always really helpful and seem to really care. They seem to be doing multiple things at once while taking pride in what they do. You don’t see that too often any more.
