“Original [1 Star] (5/14/24): The store was understaffed and the only person who could get shrimp wasn't around. I had to ask another employee and she just ran around the store yelling for the guy who could get the shrimp. I also paid for 10 shrimp and the guy said there were 10 shrimp, but when I got them home there was only 9 in the bag. There wasn't any sign of a shrimp being eaten by other shrimp, he only gave me 9 while saying there was 10.
Update (5/24/24): Bill B., the store manager, emailed me (5/20/24) and offered to replace or refund the cost the missing shrimp. I stopped by (5/23/24) and the employees confirmed the email and got me a replacement with no hassle. While I still believe the store is understaffed, the management and employees were nice enough to replace the shrimp. It's nice to see that management cares and the employees won't give you static over fixing a problem. I'm updating to 4 stars.”
“Wonderful grooming salon..my Oliver is extremely frightened of grooming..but the staff made him not only very handsome but calm as well! I have brought him to be groomed 4 times so far and will continue ..Highly recommend!”
“Dog wash station is convenient with shampoo options, brushes, towels, an apron & treats. $10 to keep the mess out of the house. We either use the blow dry and brush out there or get some fresh air and brush outside. They've got many options for the pets which is the main reason I visit here. Friendly staff and mostly clean.”

“My mom and I both take our dogs to Pampered Pooch and Pals for grooming for years. We have never had a negative experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The groomer we see is Alyssa, she super sweet and goes above and beyond every time we bring the pack in (we have 5 dogs between us and usually schedule at the same time, she takes them in shifts, not all at once).She always takes care of our dogs like they are her own. As for the store itself, they have a nice assortment of toys, treats and products. There is always someone around to ask if you can’t find something or if you need recommendations.”
