Rich is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever experienced. He's always honest and gets the work done fast even if we drop a car unexpected. He recently worked on my sons car who drives back and forth to college and thoroughly inspected it finding that front brakes were almost nonexistent. This means a lot especially knowing he's now driving a safe car. Wouldn't go

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! My vehicle has been there for 6 weeks and he hasn't even looked at it yet. If I could give a lower rating I would. Pulling my vehicle out of there and I will never give my business to him again.

I Just bought a Toyota RAV4 here the transmission is going and the car didn't work see until driving for a week.Update after coming to an agreement Rich and I worked it out he sold me a much newer car at a discount price. When buying cars it's always a gamble sometime each party needs to be flexible, Rich and I have settled our differences.Thanks Rich route 50

After pretty much 2 years of trying to figure out what was wrong with my jeep, a major stressor in my life has been taken off my shoulders. In 1 day rich and his team were able to diagnose my car correctly, and make the proper repairs to my vehicle. No run around, no back and forth, no additional repairs that I was unaware of. I felt I was handled as a normal customer, and not taken advantage of as I have been. The actual issues were diagnosed, repaired, and everything is running smoothly. Thank you gentlemen!
