He kept me in the loop during my whole visit and explained that what was causing the noise in my vehicle was a defective part that was recently installed elsewhere and didn't even charge me a diagnosis fee, just explained how defective parts can be exchanged from suppliers at no cost so I am now able to get it fixed at the original garage for free. Great service, would definitely recommend if you are looking for an honest local shop.”
