“When I made the request through roadside assistance due to a flat tire, I was told an hour. Gavin arrived early which is always a green flag. My tire change ended up being a tow when we realized there was no spare under my car. I encourage everyone to check now instead of finding out when it's needed. Gavin was professional, personable, and has a great sense of humor.”

“Got myself into a bit of a pickle with my car a few weeks back and Matt’s was called to the scene. I wish I could give more stars! They were so incredibly kind and respectful. From the people I spoke with on the phone to their tow truck drivers, they are an excellent team! Great customer service. More specifically Dan, Mike, and Joey! I don’t have the nicest car however, they were SO gentle with it and treated it as if it were a luxury vehicle.
