About Trustco Bank
Trustco Bank is noted for its smiling, happy, and friendly people. The management and staff are incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to help. Customers feel welcome, taken seriously, and treated with respect. It is described as a very pleasant place to do banking, with excellent customer service. However, there was an instance where tellers could not provide specific check clearing information. Overall, many find it to be the best bank they have dealt with.
