My boat has been stranded at Anderson's since the fall of 2021 (four years!!!) due to their assessment that my tires and wheel bearings on my tri-axle trailer are unsafe. I had six new tires sent directly to them in early 2022, while they were supposed to be fully assessing the trailer bearings and associated suspension system. They received the tires, but have done nothing. I have called, and been to the shop several times since then.
They kept saying it's in the queue. Until the last time...
The service manager said he had no work order on file!!! So we filled out another one!
That was last fall... Still nothing!!!
September, 2025. My boat is still stuck in there yard. 4 years later!!!
What the hell???

I drove 2.5 hours to pick up a dump trailer. The out-of-the-door price we agreed upon over email was the price, and they were prepared when I arrived. I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes. I highly recommend them.

This place is pretty cool They have a nice showroom they have electric bikes They have scooters they have go-karts they have 4x4 carts and they have boats. I kind of got stuck in a rainstorm and they let me pull my electric bike in the garage while I shop around. Everybody was very friendly Nice staff and everybody try to help me find what I was looking for unfortunately everything is segway which is common then we deal with the product that they sell.

Rude salesman lack of communication not only between me and them. But amongst themselves. Took 7 and half weeks from day i purchase to day they finally delivered. And machine still had problems. Wouldn't trust them to check the air pressure in my tires.

Bought a used 2018 razor from them. Go to get it get there they said won't be ready for a week. Go back to get boat a week later. Get boat home an going over it they took all safety equipment out of boat an gave me nothing. The top was ripped an fell off going down road. There's 4 quarter size holes in top of boat an cracks in front. The stereo they replaced still dont work an fish finder an fridge dont work. I know the boat was used but when you spend over 30k you expect everything to work as should an atleast come with some safety equipment to get you on the water didn't even come with a drain plug. All an all wouldn't recommend them. I've emailed an never got response.

I bought this used pontoon boat at Andersen. When I picked it up, it was clean, serviced, registered, and ready to go. They also threw in the PFDs, flag, flares, buoys, lines, and extinguisher, needed to get under way. I've had it out a few times and it performs as expected.

Great experience purchasing a Segway Villian 72” WP utv at Anderson boats. I purchased a Neo trailer last fall and the utv this June and absolutely appreciated the assistance I got from Ryan, Ashlyn, and Chris. Being a business owner, I highly recommend this family business.
