Purchasing our son’s Nissan Kicks, we had many questions, concerns and must haves. We visited the dealership multiple times, test drove some vehicles. Stevens product knowledge made it easier in making our final decision.
Every time we visited the dealer we were greeted by Steven, if in the lot or showroom.

I can say wholeheartedly that Lussier’s far exceeds others’ level of customer service and quality of workmanship. They are incredibly thorough, attentive to detail, and genuinely want to help you/make you happy. I have been in a pinch with needing an oil change, headlight change, or inspection, and, despite them being busy and the short notice, they have been able to squeeze me in. There was a miscommunication regarding the age of the tires. Which Joe Verillo promptly made right without hesitation. Rarely do dealers stand behind their words like this. I would definitely buy a car from Verillo Motors again.”

Revived a 22-year-old Toyota truck that I was ready to junk, despite a smooth-running engine and drive train, based on what other shops had told me about the extent of its frame rust and leaky fuel tank. R&S thoroughly diagnosed and found the rust was confined to rear of frame (fixable by welds) and that a replacement fuel kit could be installed for reasonable price. Given the very high prices now being charged even for very old trucks, the R&S charge was reasonable. Their work was efficient and conscientious -- good vibes all around. Highly recommended based on my experience.”

They came to my house to jump it and the next day it wouldn't start so they tow it to their shop and check it out plus gave me a new battery, then the next day came and got me to get my car. “The team at Gerber is so kind and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough! I recently had some collision repair work done on my car and in the repair process, my spare tire was accidentally left out of the car. I didn’t notice myself, but when the shop realized they had the tire they immediately reached out and apologized, and offered to do my snow tire change for free when I went to pick up the spare. Throughout the process they were responsive, and they were very informative and patient with teaching me a few things about the car.”
