I been an instacart shopper for nearly a year and have consistently had subpar experiences with CVS. However, yesterday i had an exceptional experience due to outstanding service provided by an employee named Amber. She was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and reliable. From the moment i entered CVS, Amber greeted me, offered assistance, and efficiently helped to locate the items i needed. She also processed my transaction at the register. As a shopper, i greatly value efficiency, and Amber’s assistance significantly enhanced my experience. Her professionalism has altered my perception of CVS; it is evident that not all CVS employees are unhelpful. I believe CVS would benefit from employing more individuals like Amber. Thank you, Amber for your excellent service.

Workers there are great and store is tidy but CVS as a corporation stinks. Went elsewhere for prescriptions due to meds unavailable at times, and flu shots not available after I booked online. It also galls me how CVS always puts your meds on autofill whether you like it or not(better to pad their bottom line).

Had them close their drivethru window at 1:27 right in my face for their 1:30 lunch. Called corporate and they told me they've gotten many negative feedback calls about this location. Guess I'm not alone.

They make sure to put their vibrators and butt plugs right where you wait in line for the pharmacy, so you get to field questions about what they are from your children! How kind.

I’ve noticed for the last year that staff has been very short rude with it’s customers. They quickly let you know it’s because of staff shortages. The drive through is often closed as well apparently for the same reason.I’m sick of the excuses and rudeness when no other CVS around me has these issues.I’m certainly moving my store from Lakehill Rd to Glenville.
