They make sure to put their vibrators and butt plugs right where you wait in line for the pharmacy, so you get to field questions about what they are from your children! How kind.

Some items can be difficult to find, especially with their sale signage. I make the manager find things then

I’ve noticed for the last year that staff has been very short rude with it’s customers. They quickly let you know it’s because of staff shortages. The drive through is often closed as well apparently for the same reason.I’m sick of the excuses and rudeness when no other CVS around me has these issues.I’m certainly moving my store from Lakehill Rd to Glenville.

I was at this CVS today. Two things:1. I was by the pharmacy and overheard one of the pharmacists open conversation aggressively with someone in the drive-thru by asking “Can I help you!?” This was a man in his 20s or 30s, glasses, earrings in both ears. His tone and demeanor from the beginning of the exchange throughout was unprofessional. I had nothing to do with this exchange but the pharmacist’s unprofessionalism was noticeable to me and I was at least 20 feet away. He then slammed the drive-thru door and got this person’s medicine. The person must have given him attitude back at some point when he returned, so he said to them “You don’t have to give me attitude, I’m asking a question.” Which I found surprising being that he initiated the conversation negatively. He gave the person their medication and when he was done helping them and they drove away, he began talking about the exchange to his co-worker saying something along the lines of “I don’t care if she is mad.” Again, loud enough so that me, a customer 20 or so feet away with nothing to do with this exchange, took notice.Five minutes later, the person came into the pharmacy and asked to speak to a manager. The manager came and directed the person to a pharmacy manager, who barely apologized or acknowledged what the customer was saying. Just horrible customer service all around, telling the woman that because they weren’t there, they didn’t know what happened. Keep in mind, this pharmacy manager was briefly helping me when their drive-thru exchange happened so if I heard it, I would expect the manager to pick up on this. The manager walked the person out, and because I felt like the person wasn’t heard I chimed in and told the store manager that I didn’t know the woman at all but I was close by for the exchange and that the pharmacist was very rude.2. I asked the pharmacy manager where something was and she pointed in a direction of three or so aisles and told me to “go straight. Keep in mind, I’m facing her so our positions are relative and different. I walked down an aisle and she then says “No, that’s not straight” to which I replied “Straight is relative to you” because I felt that that was an inappropriate thing to say to a customer. She must have felt my frustration so she specified in more detail where it was that I needed to go and back-tracked by saying “I don’t give good directions.”I don’t normally go to this CVS but given this one trip, I would avoid it unless I absolutely needed to go there. Not sure if they were all having a bad day or their level of customer service is so poor that the bar for being courteous is the floor (seems like the latter), but someone from CVS’ corporate office or a regional manager should have a talk with this store’s leadership about customer service.

The head pharmacist that work there is completely rude and disrespectful. She literally told me that she can't help me because she's short-staffed and doesn't have the time. What kind of pharmacist tells someone that. That is so rude and disrespectful. Her demeanor was so disgusting towards me and I did nothing wrong to her. I even asked her why she's being so mean to me. I will never go back to that pharmacy

The pharmacy department is absolutely amazing! I called looking for some medication and not only did they double check if they had it, they pulled it and held it for me. They didn’t have to, but they have kind, golden hearts. Thank you all! I’m so grateful.

Went in on my lunch break, was overcharged for items I bought. It took 20 mins to get a refund because the manager wouldn't respond to page on intercom system. I had to actually walk around the store to find them. I just wanted the difference in what I was owed. They had to do a full refund, which takes my bank a week post to my account. Being short on funds I left with no merchandise, and no money. Then I call my bank, refund was actually deposited only to have CVS take the funds they just refunded back again. I call the store back, told I need to contact 1800 shop cvs and when I do, they tell me I have to wait another 24hrs because they cannot see transactions before 48 hrs from time of occurrence. I am so livid and will NEVER shop this store again. Lousy customer service in todays age if technology!!!

I can not believe the rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional manor in which this staff behaves. Not all of them, but it seems to be most. I have had a few prescriptions that needed to be filled for an urgent condition. I arrive at the pharmacy and I'm told they are out of stock of everything, which is a very common occurrence there. I stated there was an urgent need and they got bottles from the back and gave me a partial fill. I had to wait over an hour but they got that done. The script was never filled after despite me calling. I stopped in days later to inquire as to why, and the male pharmacist (Tyler or Trevor or whatever his name is) completely flipped out. He started yelling telling me he wasn't here then and didn't know anything about it. He finally looked in the computer and told the woman to tell me it wasn't filled and they'd have to do it. Also, they still don't have the meds in stock...3 days later. I ask the woman if there was a way to transfer the script to another pharmacy so I can get it filled. The unstable man child began shouting telling me I should just go to another pharmacy to get it transferred. I left and called another pharmacy. They stated it would have to be called in by a doctor unless the pharmacist at CVS transferred it. They went on to tell me, and I quote, "I can call that CVS if you'd like but that particular CVS is very difficult to deal with." So I told her I would send everything to her going forward and I went back to CVS. I asked the woman at the counter why a script for a simple anti-inflammatory was not able to be filled. The man child pharmacist yelled across the store to me, "Stop talking right now." I asked who he thought he was talking to and he just demanded I get my stuff transferred. He said he would do it right them. I asked why he didn't offer that the last time and he ignored me. He just kept saying he's transfer. I told him I'm not driving all over town again and asked why he was refusing to fill a prescription sent into him by a doctor. I told him he doesn't have that legal right. He just said that he wouldn't get into it. I asked why he would refuse to give an explanation and he began to talk to another customer. The woman took the pill bottle that the partial fill came in. She said, let me take a look. He stopped in his tracks and began yelling at her to return the bottle and ordered her to go do something else. I stood there looking at the other customers and the looks on their faces were of complete disbelief. After about 2 minutes of silence, he walked over to me, lowered himself down, put his face in my face, and said, "you want something refilled?" At this point I was thinking this man child is completely mentally ill. He kept showering his brow in an attempt to intimidate me. I responded by saying, "I'm yeah, that's why I'm here." He yelled," 1 hour!" I repeated the time and he said yeah that's what I said. I asked if he needed the information for the refill. He stated he didn't. I asked how he was going to look it up. He then indirectly threatened me that he knows my name really well now and he knows what to do...or how to take care of me...or something to that affect. So I just walk out and call corporate to let them know what happened. If you could have seen his behavior you would question if the refill was purposely tampered with. Corporate agreed with that assessment. They agreed because I played my recording of his tantrum for them. My second time walking into that place I knew he behave in this manor. My wife went to pick up the script when it was done and he told her that I wasn't allowed to have scripts filled there anymore...which he isn't even authorized to do. USE CAUTION GOING TO THIS CVS!!!! This guy has no business filling people's prescriptions. He needs a psych evaluation!

I’d pay to be able to leave 0 stars. Danielle was the rudest individual I’ve ever encountered while simply asking routine questions. She had an attitude as soon as she picked up the phone, and it escalated with every second that passed. Horrendous customer service.

Came for a vaccine, stood here while none of the staff, including the pharmacist, bothered to tell me anything for ten minutes, then gave me an attitude when I asked for help. Definitely will never come back.

Super nice, looked through their store then called other CVS stores to help me find a set of crutches even though they were close to closing. Thanks again!
