Mark is the best- always very helpful and friendly!Everyone else- well they need some work.They carry many Motorcraft and Acdelco products which are useful and of good quality.

The same generic parts as any other store for the same price as anywhere else except the store is disgusting, understaffed, and the one guy at the counter knows almost nothing about auto parts.

Parts are reasonably priced, and usually have them in stock. The quality is usually better than advanced, along with price.

I called the only number I could find which was the central number. They were very polite and looked up a battery for my car. They wouldn't give me a price but said they would send the order to my local store. I went to the store and they had no record of the order. They looked up the battery and couldn't find one that fit my car. I called the main number from the store and they couldn't find the order. He tried to look up the battery and couldn't find one that fit. Bottom line is that everyone was friendly but they were no help. Went to Advance Auto Parts and got the battery I needed.

after 32 years in business 15 with united they closed my account with no explanation took my credits without returning that's how ranalli makes his money extorting money from small buisnesses I owe them nothing I will never stop until there closed
