“The people who work here make this place what it is! We have been bringing our golden retriever here since he was a puppy (almost 4 years), and our cat since we adopted her (5 years). I cannot say enough good things about MAH, we love them! They get down on the floor with your pet, make them feel comfortable, love on them like they are their own and care for them just the same. It doesn't matter what breed of cat or dog you may have they alway treat them with respect and understanding. “This was my dog's first visit to Springs Family Veterinary Hospital. We were greeted by friendly staff members on arrival. The office was neat and clean. Boomer was seen by Dr. Ryan, who gave him a very thorough examination. I asked Dr. Ryan for her opinion on insurance coverage for Boomer. Dr. Ryan said she would send me a list of agencies that she had compiled. I received the list the next day!

“My family have been clients of the Haven Animal Hospital in Malta, New York since 1994. They have been there for us every way that counts. We board our dogs there, they do annual physicals for all of our dogs and cats, they have been there for some very tough diagnosis and, unfortunately, have been there for us when we needed to make humane decisions for our pets. From the front desk, the vet techs and Dr. T herself, we have always been treated with kindness, compassion and respect. I've recommended friends to Dr. T and family members. Dr. T will not order unnecessary tests and she refers you to specialists when appropriate. I can't say enough good things about this business.”

“Excellent & thorough care given to my pup. This was her annual wellness exam. Extremely worried about heavy breathing & added weight gain, missing hair on back, ongoing osteoarthritis, extreme diarrhea. All worries were addressed by multiple personnel in a professional & caring manner. Extremely happy my pup is on the mend & my mind has been placed at ease. Highly recommend.”

“has been an absolute dream coming here the past few years! everyone here is super accommodating, friendly, and has treated me and my fur babies so well. it’s nice coming somewhere that focuses solely on cats. at other vets i felt like dogs were prioritized and never fully felt comfortable. also a wonderful perk is that they accept care credit! walking in and having the front desk girlies already check me in feels like i’m royalty btw 10/10!”

“The vets and assistants are all amazing here. They are friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the horses. I wish they treated humans because I would switch myself. The only thing I really dislike is the service agreement where they require a credit card on file and make you pay a deposit for a simple on-farm service call. We've been clients for over 5 years and have never paid a bill late and then they implemented this new policy. The attitude of people enforcing the policy is way over the top. I accidentally typed a credit card number wrong so the deposit was declined and the interaction was very pushy and adversarial like I was some type of deadbeat on the phone with a debt collector. I can't say this left a good impression on me AT ALL. I know the policy isn't the staff member's fault, but frankly, this policy stinks and treats all customers like would be deadbeats that don't pay their bills or something and I'm not very happy with it.”

“My husband and I have brought our two dogs here for the past four+ years after experiencing a very devastating loss with another local vet provider in the area.

We have been extremely lucky and very grateful to the care team at Aqueduct Animal Hospital - especially after one of our dogs was diagnosed with bone cancer 2+ yrs ago. The team here has been very accommodating for our visits, some examples include respecting our wishes to not use anesthesia for our dog’s quarterly xrays, finding time to fit our dogs in last minute for appts if we had immediate concerns, the vets and techs making the time to answer our questions with thoughtfulness and directness, and being a sound source of expertise when we wanted a second opinion to make some hard decisions related to our pet’s care. Often times this part of the vet’s job can be deeply misunderstood by loving pet parents who only want to hear the “bright”’ updates, but we’ve found that knowing what the risks and considerations are is actually the most compassionate advocacy that can be made for your pet’s care. The Aqueduct team has been very gracious in their delivery when we had to sit with some tough news.

Lastly, our family is in awe of the consistent and graceful care that Aqueduct has shown us through the past couple of years since we started coming here and would recommend anyone who is looking for a vet that is invested in your pet’s quality of life and care to be a patient here.”

“I would like to add to a previously posted review. Recently Dr. Keith Payton has worked with my dog Lexi. Once again my experience was beyond anything I could have asked for. This includes the staff at Harmony! Every single staff member that we encountered were gracious, supportive and more than willing to go above and beyond. This visit was a difficult one for us as she has severe life threatening health issues. I trust Harmony Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Keith implicitly and am grateful beyond what I can express in words.

“Dr Hernas and her entire staff are just wonderful. They all seem to be devout animal lovers who genuinely care. I’ve been taking my 5 lb tiny, sensitive, toy poodle Dominique there since she was a puppy, now 12 years. Dr. Hernas diagnosed Dominique with Epilepsy when she was five during a very stress-filled period of difficult to describe seizures. Dr. Hernas and her staff and continue to monitor her and as a result, it’s been very controlled ever since. I’ve known Dr. Hernas before using her veterinary services and am here to tell you that her compassion for animals along with her skilled medical and surgical experience is second to no one. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“My daughter called here yesterday as we were having an emergency with my dog. They were about to close. They were filled up until closing, but they had compassion and mercy and said I could bring my dog in. She was suffering, gasping for air. They all made time to take care of my Princess. Sadly, I had to let her go, but the doctor and her staff were all so very kind and patient. They talked me through each step and I stayed with my girl to the very end.
