“Giving this shop 5 stars. I typically do all my own work on my cars/motorcycles, and usually try to learn a new skill myself before paying someone to do work for me.
Unfortunately I had a reg suspension on 1 of my vehicles that I did not get notified from the DMV about. Got pulled over on the Palisades and police had to tow the vehicle and impound it at this shop. Everyone at the shop was friendly and easy to talk to, which is a pleasure given how many shops I've spoken to that are the complete opposite vibe. Really means a lot to me. Spent some time talking to the mechanics, and it's awesome to see a shop with people working who are passionate about building cars and know what they are talking about across a range of manufactures.
If I ever needed work done, I would not hesitate to give them a call.”

“The “Rembrants” of Mercedes Auto Body Repair
Highly recommend Route 303 Auto Body. They are located 54 miles away (there are dozens of closer auto body repair shops). Rt. 303 was recommended & certified by the Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls dealership. Katherine Lee, my daughter, was driving her son to school, stopped in traffic, and was hit from behind at high speed by a driver claiming his vision was obstructed by the morning sun.
Her 2019 M-B C300 sustained severe damage, including the electronics system. The car took a little longer than expected, but it was understandable because Rt 303 uses M-B factory parts. Steve, the Operations Manager, was great to work with; he’s very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and the car was ready when he said it would be. He handled all of the communication with my insurance company.
When we went to pick up the car, my daughter and I were speechless! The car looked better than when it rolled out of the dealership. Their hard/professional work exceeded all of our expectations. Steve and the entire Route 303 Auto Body Team are 5-Star performers, their workmanship is truly a work of art, and that is why we call them the “Rembrants” of Mercedes-Benz Auto Body Repair!

“Pascack Auto Body did a great job with recent repair on our 2024 Honda CRV due to deer damage. They are so easy to deal with and Jose who does the estimates is upfront and accommodating. They were able to schedule it in quickly and finish the repair very promptly. They have also done work on a couple of our other cars a few years ago and that was the same great service and customer satisfaction.”

“The absolute best towing company in Rockland county by far! Over the years “Finast Towing” has been there for me whether it be the middle of the night or smack in the middle of rush hour. Every driver that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with has been highly skilled, friendly, quick and extremely knowledgeable. They always priced the job fairly and believe me I’ve brought my fair share of issues to them in which they have always handled with visible expertise. I will always call Finast (God forbid anything happens lol) and I know they’ll be there for me like they always have!!”

“A great experience here! Had my car inspected, just moved here and needed it for registration. Issues with my car and Rob and Dalton were so helpful, gave me sound advice on what to do. “Called because my Son's bike broke down. Truck was on the way when other more cost effective arrangements became available for him. Tow was going to be $350 for 60 miles (not unreasonable but costly). Was able to cancel and they were very graciois given they were already on the way. Offered $ for their trouble but they didn't accept. The service was prompt in that they got underway quickly. I really appreciated the understanding and grace. Top notch.”

“Went in for a 20k mile maintenance service - inspections and brake fluids flush. Not sure if this is typical for this type of work but it took 2 hours - which felt kinda long. Can't comment on the price as I have nothing to compare it to. Overall, good experience, staff were helpful and process was pretty straight forward: hand over car, wait, pay and leave.”

After speaking to the people at Four Star, they not only fixed the problem again at no charge. They also prioritized my car and got the parts rushed so they can return the car to me within 2 days.
