Good energy, lots of fun, all fitness levels and sizes are made to feel welcome. Knowledgeable instructors can modify exercises to accommodate students with limited mobility as well as those with advanced skills. Yoga classes include stretch, meditation, mixed, and advanced.

At Willow Tree Yoga, Every Body is welcome, regardless of ability, experience, shape or size! Whether in a stretch class seated on chairs, or a yoga class on a mat on the floor, students are encouraged to work at their own pace & level, modifying poses as needed.
