“My experience with Phil and his amazing wife at the Auto Lister was nothing short of a miracle. I had been looking at cars for weeks, hundreds of cars, everywhere and anywhere up to 500 miles away! I looked at picture after picture and test drove vehicle after vehicle with nothing that made me truly happy, or felt it was truly worth the amount I was spending. Then I found Phil at the Auto Lister, well technically I didn't find Phil yet, not only was the business closed but fill the owner was away on work and another state. But only minutes after calling and leaving my message he returned my call and said not to worry if I would like to test a vehicle his wife would happily coming down and get me the keys to any vehicle. Upon meeting his wife I was so happy to be met with such genuine kindness and caring and such a great attitude and so happy to be there to help, despite having a change in her day. She allowed me to try each vehicle I wanted nothing felt quite right I actually left to try more cars when I got a call, who from? None other than out of the state Phil telling me to come back and try a vehicle I didn't think I could afford, he reassured me that making what I want and need would happen and not to worry. So I left the dealership I was now at, which took quite awhile will add! all the while his wonderful wife waited. I took the amazing Acura RDX for a test drive and it hit me, I was in love, every feature I wanted and more the added safety of the SUV not a car the AWD, like I said love. Next came the part I dreaded the moment of money the money talk, I told them what I could spend not only did they do that but even saved me money!! All this and a lifetime powertrain warranty covering any future worries even included in my price no hidden extra fees. We finally finished up that night my mother and I headed home it had gotten quite late by then again his wife was so wonderful you would never know this wasn't what you'd plan to do other day all along. They had my vehicle ready to go for me within a day which saves me a lot on the rental I had so it was great he took care of everything he really did come all my worries and sold me an amazing car I could not be happier I'm in a video call now that I never dreamed I could be I love my Acura RDX from Phil at the AutoTrader highly recommend them to anyone.”

“This seller sells collision damaged vehicles labeled "salvage". I've purchased damaged trucks from them knowing the extent of damage after having inspected them. These vehicles don't have warranties, it's clear they are purchased as-is. Know what you're getting into before you purchase. Good deals can be had with knowledge of repair and your States inspection process. There are a wealth of parts on these vehicles allowing the restoration of like vehicles. I'm always aware of the risk when buying "salvage" vehicles.”
