“This was my second vehicle purchase from Orleans Ford, and once again they delivered an outstanding experience. Richie responded to my initial inquiry extremely quickly and made the entire process simple and stress‑free. It was honestly the easiest car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. My first vehicle from them was excellent, and I’m expecting the same from this one. The service, communication, and professionalism were all top‑notch. Highly recommend both Orleans Ford and Richie if you’re looking for a smooth, straightforward car purchase.”

“I’ve been going to Monro for a few years now, and after some car trouble this past week, I just wanted to leave a review! We’ve had our car looked at several times for an issue, and no one could figure out what was going on. This past week, the issue got a lot worse, and Kim made sure we got an appointment right away. Ian, their lead technician, took a look and figured out the issue immediately! Luckily, it was fixable, and we were able to get our car repaired by the next day. Kim has done a great job as the new manager, and her efforts do not go unnoticed. I’m very happy with the service they provide!”
