“I needed new filters for my vacuum cleaner. I had tried stores and they did not stock them. I ordered twice online and got the wrong thing, twice. The first place Bob tried, they ended up being on back order with no availability date. The second place, they could get them but it would take two weeks. I'm happy he tried multiple locations. He's definitely my go-to-guy.”
