Was in the Batavia AT&T store Saturday, May 18th. Jordan was working alone and was already in the process of transferring data on a phone for another customer. My daughter and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes and he had already pointed us in the direction of our new phones to look while also getting my information to get started on the purchase process. Jordan was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, and while continuing to monitor the other customers progress, he was able to get our TWO phones and additional purchases together. He did the trade in for my daughters phone, got her transfer started, finished with the other customer, and then finished with ours. Was a great experience as I've always had at the Batavia store. But was extremely happy with the whole process being taken care of a lone manager on a Saturday. Thank you again Jordan!

My phone has been broken since this company was hacked. They say there is nothing they can do for me. So I'm out a phone not because if my negligence but because of something with in the company! I am very very disappointed and will be changing carriers. This customer service stinks!!!

We tried to go in for phone upgraded and while everything said they were open and lights were on. All doors were locked, phones went unanswered and it was still the same when we returned 45 minutes later. If you’re understaffed or there is an emergency there should at least be notification in the door stating this. We were disappointed as its a challenge for my family to find enough time in our schedules to make these things happen.

We had a problem switching my wife's phone number over from another carrier to AT&T. Jordin helped us so much we could have never done this by our self. He never gave up he is patient and a peoples person. We have never received such great service anywhere. this guy is terrific. There is no pressure sales here you get what you want not what some one else wants to sell you. Stop in and see Jordin he will surely take care of you. Thanks again Jordin for all your help.
