Went in for womens work shoes. Needed composite toe. Was shown the selection.
Foot was actually measured.
Got home walked with them a couple hours, and did not want to take them off.
Great support.
Bought a brand name Fellas.
Basic black.
No toe or ankle pain.

Thia reminded me of a shoe/boot store in the town where I grew up. They greet you politely, show you around, actually measure your feet! I loved it here - they listened to what I was actually looking for in a shoe and brought me right to them. Great personable shopkeeper.

5 stars ? is not enough. I was greeted by Kevin, he measured my feet, listened to my issue (lots of metal in ankle) and my need for sturdy, comfortable, fashionable shoe. Kevin too me right over to specific shoe, I tried on and walked around, bought it. What a great selection of shoes!! For everyone, affordable too, compared to the junky shoes sold at chain shoe warehouses. Spend your $$$ wisely, it's not easy to come by and they have everyone covered. Thank you Batavia Bootery. I will be back. Oh the beautiful quality leather purses were very tempting ?

Five stars is not enough. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and kind. Greeted right away, and found the item and size within meer minutes. Plus the environment is very clean and well organized. Well decorated and smelled of rustic leather. Will always recommend and make the drive for this store!

Love the store. Being new to Batavia this is only the second time I have shopped there. Prices are great for the quality product. I hate shopping so being able to tell him what you are looking for & he finds you options.

Great selection of comfortable, well made shoes. Over the years I have bought shoes here for dress occasions, nursing job, and hiking. And happy with each pair. I have a hard to fit foot and feel lucky to have such a close by store that can accommodate.

When I went to Batavia bootery I was greeted by Kevin. I already had a pretty good idea on what I was looking for, and Kevin was right there to help me out. No pressure what so ever. It was a good experience!

The only place left that will actually take the time and measure you feet to give you a shoe that fits. I bought a pair of snow boots from here and Kevin was excellent, great customer service. I am very happy with the Bootery!
