They were not the cheapest storage units around, but after reaching out to many different storage places this was the first one to actually reach out to me nice and fast. After multiple days of waiting on other places to reach out to me after I reached out to them I called this place and they answered the phone quickly was very personable, respectful and definitely customer satisfaction oriented. So I may be paying a little bit more a month for the service but I'm okay with that because the customer satisfaction was there and the location is very secure which also makes it worth more than money that I'm paying a month. I have also already recommended this place to other people. The ONLY thing I think they could work better on is salting better/more during the winter.

Locks on doors don't properly align & charged me insurance fee for my unit when I had my own insurance.
