From start to finish EASY. product on site I could see and touch to the purchase using deferred payment plan, much information received about purchase and finally quick delivery. Neither my washer and dryer or my refrigerator could fit in through the opening and yet somehow these two delivery guys turned and carefully positioned my appliances to put them in the place I had really wanted. Not a scratch anywhere. They too, we're able to answer all my questions.

Vic designed our kitchen and did a fantastic job. We purchased Showplace cabinets and they are just wonderful. Vic gave us great ideas and was very helpful. Bens Kitchen and Appliance in Batavia continues to help us with all questions. I highly recommend them for any kitchen or bath remodeling or appliance purchase.

Dan the appliance repair guy left a huge mess after working on vent for dryer. Mess outside and in basement. Clearly he’s lazy-call someone else for appliance repairs.

We bought a stove and it was delivered April 29. We loved the stove and it worked great. 4 days after having the stove I ran the self cleaner. We heard an odd noise like electric arking. Tried to use the stove that night and it wouldn't get over 275 °. We called and the guy new exactly what we were talking about and said, we will order the parts. It is now May 13 and we still can't use oven. We should have gotten a new stove since it was less than a week old.

Not impressed at all. It seemed like the woman I spoke to was just trying to find a reason to NOT repair my washing machine. First off she said they did not repair GE brand. Then she proceeded to take my information to give to the repair team. Then when I said the town I lived in she said oh that’s another problem. I live 25 miles away!!! What gives lady? Well you lost a repair job.

I recently purchased two much needed appliances. I hadMajor issues with one of them within a week. One of their service repair men (thank you) came out and fixed the manufacturer's issue the same day I called. Not only do I like American made ..... I like American customer service. Still working Good. ? Thanks Ben's Appliance and staff.

We recently had our kitchen re-done by Ben's and are extremely pleased with the results. They have a beautiful selection of countertops and cupboards in a clean and organized show room. Vic helped us with every detail and we highly recommend their service for remodeling.

Called to see if they had any French door refrigerators and before I could finish asking my question, the guy rudely cut me off and said no. That was uncalled for and poor customer service!!!
