Excellent customer service! I’m from out of state and stayed in Batavia for a couple days. Had a tire that kept going flat and needed to be at a wedding a couple hours later. I explained I was in a hurry and they took my truck straight back and replaced the valve stem right away. Was in and out in no time and on a Saturday at that!

I would give them a “10” if I could! We were driving from Massachusetts to Ohio on a Saturday; our car developed an extremely loud noise. I found Chesely’s on google and we went. They took the car in immediately, determined it was a broken piece attached to the muffler, and 30 minutes and $54 later, we were back on the road towards home. Unbelievable!!! Great service for 2 strangers who arrived unexpectedly! It’s nice to know that people like this still exist. If you live in the area, you should definitely use them!

Came in at 9 am. No cars in bay I see the 3 employees standing around. Ask for front-end alignment. It's 1137? Hmm still here. Customer service out the door, friendly no, informative no, helpful no. Holding my tongue not for long. So does it boil down to inexperienced? Or what? If it is at least taking longer then normal at least have learn some customer service skills and apologies for the wait or for your reason?? I really won't be coming back. This is really ridiculous! Sad thing is I'm the one paying for your pay check. Down to 1 star now.

I was an hour and a half away from home when my check engine light came on. Unable to find a place to help me out, I stopped by Chelsey’s in Batavia and they were so great and so helpful. Although they were too busy to get me in under an appointment they did what they could to make sure I was safe to travel home at no charge. I would recommend over and over just for the kindness they showed a complete stranger in a time of need. And if I ever have an issue with my car in the future and I’m close to Batavia, I’d pick Chelsey’s again.

100 percent straight shooter. Another shop I'm town tolf me 4 months ago I needed a full set of breaks and I had 2 to 4 mm left across all 4 sets of padsI came in today to do my fronts and Bob let me know that I'm the lowest pad had 4 mm left. I truly appreciate the honesty! Thank you!

I scheduled a appointment to get my 2020 Ford escape nys inspected. I received a call saying the car will pass inspection but we would like to put on front brakes. The bill will be $600. I declined putting on the front brakes and said just inspect the car for now.I proceeded back to the shop. Noticed my car was outside. Receptionist told me it was done. After a few minutes mechanic came in and said the New York state inspection machine was down and told me to go someplace else.I left and after a few hours I called back and asked is the machine up and running? Can I bring the car in at some point?.They went on to make an excuse stating the car will not connect to the machine and that they can't inspect it.You're telling me that my 2020 Ford escape is too new to connect to the machine. What are these guys working on??I believe after I declined the brake job they refused to inspect my car. This place is dishonest and I do not recommend it.It was a complete waste of my morning...

Great service. Sprung a fuel leak while half way across the country and they fit me right in the day after Xmas and charged a reasonable price to get me on my way. A+. THANK YOU.
